The Sun and The Wind

One day the wind challenged the sun to prove that he is more powerful than the wind. The wind said,” A man is standing there and he wears a coat. Now let’s see who among us can force him to remove his coat first”. The wind took it lightly and started to blow with full force. But the man did not remove his coat and instead he held on to this cost tightly. Being irritated, the wind stopped blowing. Now it was the Sun’s turn to show his power. The sun then started to shower his very bright warm rays over the man. The man started to feel the heat of the warm sun rays and removed his coat immediately. The wind lost the battle. The sun won the battle with his gentleness, not by force. The sun taught the wind a required lesson.

Moral: Being gentle is always greater than applying force.
